These terms cover your use of the ZoxyCom desktop app, website and account (together, “ZoxyCom”), provided by ZoxyCom (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using ZoxyCom, you agree to them.

What ZoxyCom is

ZoxyCom is software that helps marketplace sellers do repetitive work in their own seller accounts (such as Flipkart Seller Hub) on their own computer. ZoxyCom is independent and is not made by, endorsed by, or connected with Flipkart, Amazon or Meesho.

Your account

• You sign up with a working email address and WhatsApp number, and keep your account details correct.
• One account may be used on up to 2 computers and with 1 store per marketplace, unless your plan says otherwise.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account and your computers.

Your marketplace accounts

• ZoxyCom acts inside your own marketplace login, on your instruction. You remain responsible for your seller account, the actions you start, and following each marketplace's rules and policies.
• Marketplaces change their websites without notice. A tool may stop working until we update it; we try to fix such issues quickly but cannot promise a time.
• Always check important results (for example prices and listings) in your seller account.

Plans and payment

• The Free plan is free. Premium is paid monthly, quarterly or yearly at the prices shown on our website at the time of purchase.
• Premium starts when payment succeeds and ends at the end of the paid period unless renewed.
• Payments are not refundable, as set out in our refund and cancellation policy.

Fair use

You may not copy, resell, share, reverse engineer or try to get around ZoxyCom's licence, plan or device limits, or use ZoxyCom for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

No warranty and limit of liability

ZoxyCom is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales, penalties, or actions taken by a marketplace on your seller account. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update ZoxyCom and these terms. If we make an important change to the terms, we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies.
