Delivery policy

ZoxyCom is software delivered online by ZoxyCom (“we”, “us”). Nothing is shipped.

How you receive it

• The app: download it from this website at any time; it installs on your Windows computer.
• Premium: starts in your account as soon as payment succeeds, usually within a minute. Reopen ZoxyCom if it has not updated.
• Invoice: a GST invoice is emailed to your account email after payment.

If something doesn't arrive

If Premium has not started within 30 minutes of a successful payment, or the invoice has not arrived within 24 hours, write to support@zoxycom.com with your payment reference.
